1. Warranty at a Glance

We guarantee the quality of every ASIP PERFORMANCE PRO product for 12 full months from the factory date.
If the product fails due to material or workmanship defects within this period, return it free of charge.
We do not cover incidental fees or consequential losses.

2. How to File a Warranty Claim

Step 1 – Gather Evidence
• Clear photos OR a short video of the damaged / leaking part(s)
• Your order number
Step 2 – Contact Us
Email the above to: asiservice@hdautopart.com
(Materials must reach us before the 12-month warranty expires.)

3. Quality Assurance – Shipped-Out Perfection

Before any box leaves our warehouse, test engineers double-check:
• Basic functionality
• Appearance
• Packaging integrity
• All necessary accessories

4. Warranty Exclusions – What’s NOT Covered

The warranty is void if:
  1. The product has been disassembled, reassembled or reconstructed without authorization.
  2. Damage happens during installation.
  3. The product is used contrary to the installation & maintenance manual or damaged by human factors.
  4. Damage is not caused by a product-quality issue.
  5. The item was purchased from any site other than asiperformancepro.com.
  6. The purchase date is more than 12 months ago.
  7. Only minor deviations in manual measurement data are found.

5. Extra Note on Aluminum Products

Aluminum naturally oxidizes over time—a normal process influenced by usage habits and atmospheric conditions. This is not considered a defect.
