ASI Performance Pro Shipping Policy
We provide free shipping within the United States on all orders with no minimum spend. (Excludes remote areas such as Alaska and Hawaii. We are not able to deliver to Puerto Rico, Guam, or the Virgin Islands at this time.)
If your item is damaged, misdelivered, or lost in transit, please contact us via support@asiperformancepro.com. We will coordinate with the shipping company to arrange a refund or redelivery.

United States General: Free Shipping
Remote United States (Alaska & Hawaii): $190 USD
Shipping costs are automatically calculated in your cart after you enter your state.
Where are we shipping from?
ASI We have warehouses in the US, with our main warehouse located in California.

Where We Ship?
Currently, we are only able to ship to addresses within the United States. All products are stocked in our U.S. warehouse and will be shipped directly from our U.S. warehouse.
We are not able to deliver to the following addresses: Guam, Puerto Rico, the Virgin Islands, PR addresses, and military addresses.
Sales & transportation taxes are already included in the sales price:
The price you see listed for a product already includes both sales taxes and transportation taxes. When you purchase the item, you won't be charged any additional taxes beyond the stated sales price.
Which carrier will be used and what is the estimated shipping time?
We use UPS, USPS, or FedEx, depending on your delivery address, and always choose the fastest service available.

How are orders shipped?
We ship orders within 1–2 business days after payment is received. Once shipped, a tracking number will be generated and sent to your email.
Orders are shipped to the shipping address provided at checkout, so please ensure that your address and the recipient’s name are correct. (Note: PO Box addresses are not accepted.)
In the unlikely event that you do not receive your order, please contact us for assistance. Occasionally, deliveries may be delayed by the carrier for up to 4 weeks. We recommend waiting up to 4 weeks before contacting us if your order has not arrived.
How can I change my shipping address?
During Contact Center Hours:
For the first 60 minutes after an order is placed, customers can request a shipping address change by emailing us at support@asiperformancepro.com. After 60 minutes, the order will be too far along in the shipping process to make changes.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with the tracking information. Should you come across any issues with tracking your package, please feel free to reach out to us at, and we’ll work to resolve the issue as soon as possible.

We stand by our products with a satisfaction guarantee - if you are not satisfied with any ASI Performance Pro product, simply return the product within 60 days for a full refund. By agreeing to the terms of purchase you also agree to this refund policy.
