Description
The core of the radiator is welded in a vacuum brazing furnace with no epoxy. The radiator is 100% TIG welded. It has stronger construction and higher coolant capacity than OEM units and is made of high-quality full aluminum construction.
This aluminum radiator is designed to provide maximum cooling efficiency to help prevent premature engine failure. Its lightweight, high-heat-transfer aluminum construction features a tube-and-fin design that dramatically increases surface area, allowing heat to dissipate more efficiently.
This aluminum radiator is at least 35%–45% more efficient than stock radiators. It also has a much higher coolant capacity than stock units, helping the cooling system operate more efficiently and resist temperature surges in racing applications.
1. Higher density core: cooling rows are spaced 3/8" apart, providing 25% more rows within the core than other aluminum radiators.
2. 14–16 cooling fins per inch, providing approximately 1500 more cooling fins than other aluminum radiators for improved heat dissipation.
