Aluminum Shroud and Fans
The new design fan and fan shroud effectively drive heat over and out of the engine compartment rather than thrusting it into the front of the engine. The fan shroud houses the fan blades, securing them in place and helping prevent interference with other engine components. With effective operating temperature management, engine temperatures can be maintained at appropriate levels. Proper maintenance will also help maintain ideal engine operating conditions and overall driving performance.
1. Shuttered design fan shroud helps ensure airflow passes efficiently through the radiator.
2. S-blade fans feature a push or pull type design with lightweight, durable plastic construction.
Description
This Aluminum Radiator is designed to provide maximum cooling efficiency to help prevent premature engine failure.
Its lightweight, high-heat-transfer aluminum construction features a tube-and-fin design that dramatically increases surface area and enables heat to dissipate more efficiently.
This Aluminum Radiator is at least 30%–40% more efficient than stock radiators.
Most importantly, it has a much higher coolant capacity than stock radiators, which means the cooling system can operate more efficiently and be more resistant to temperature surges in racing applications.
