AA5052 Aluminum Shroud and Fan
The redesigned fan and AA5052 aluminum shroud help direct heat out of the engine compartment instead of pushing it toward the front of the engine. The shroud houses and secures the fan blades, helping prevent contact with nearby engine components and supporting smooth, consistent fan operation.
Effective operating-temperature management helps stabilize engine temperatures. Proper cooling-system maintenance can also improve driving quality and help maintain ideal engine operating conditions.

Description
This radiator is made of AA5052 aircraft-grade aluminum, rather than the T-3303 series aluminum commonly used by many aftermarket manufacturers. AA5052 aluminum provides better corrosion resistance, reliability, cold-workability, and strength.
T-3303 aluminum is less expensive and easier to source, but may have a poorer polishing finish, lower hardness, reduced scratch and corrosion resistance, and less effective heat dissipation. Long-term operation under high pressure and high temperature may also increase the risk of leakage.
AA5052 is an aluminum-magnesium alloy commonly used in aircraft fuel tanks, oil pipes, transportation and marine sheet-metal components, hardware products, and electrical-appliance housings.
This AA5052 aluminum radiator is designed to provide maximum cooling efficiency and help prevent premature engine failure. Its lightweight, high-heat-transfer aluminum construction features a tube-and-fin design that significantly increases the surface area, allowing heat to dissipate more efficiently.
This AA5052 aluminum radiator is approximately 30%–45% more efficient than a stock radiator. It also has a higher coolant capacity, helping the cooling system operate more efficiently and resist temperature surges in racing applications.
