AA5052 Aluminum Shroud and Fan
The new design fan and AA5052 aluminum fan shroud are designed to improve airflow through the radiator and help direct heat away from the engine compartment.
The fan shroud securely houses the fan blades, improves airflow distribution, and helps maintain stable engine operating temperatures.
1. Shuttered design AA5052 aluminum fan shroud helps improve airflow efficiency.
2. S-Type blade fan supports Push or Pull Type installation with lightweight durable plastic construction.
3. Includes thermostat system for improved temperature control.
Thermostat Relay Kit
Universal fit for automotive vehicles and electric fans.
Activates electric fans by grounding at preset temperature.
180°F turn-on temperature, 165°F turn-off temperature.
3/8" NPT thread-in brass probe with 1/2" NPT adapter included.
Probe typically installs into radiator, water outlet, or manifold.
RED + connects directly to battery.
WHITE wire connects to ignition switch power source.
BLACK connects to thermostat switch.
BLUE wire connects to the fan.

Description
Our radiator is made of AA5052 aircraft-grade aluminum, which provides excellent corrosion resistance, reliability, strength, and durability compared with commonly used T-3303 aluminum.
AA5052 aluminum is an Al-Mg alloy with good forming and processing properties. It is widely used in transportation, marine, and industrial applications where corrosion resistance and strength are required.
This AA5052 Aluminum Radiator is designed to provide maximum cooling efficiency and help prevent premature engine failure. Its lightweight, high heat-transfer aluminum construction features a tube-and-fin design that increases surface area and allows heat to dissipate more efficiently.
This AA5052 Aluminum Radiator is approximately 30%–45% more efficient than stock radiators and provides increased coolant capacity, helping the cooling system maintain stable temperatures and resist temperature surges in demanding applications.
