Description
This AA5052 aluminum radiator is designed to provide maximum cooling efficiency and help prevent premature engine failure. Its lightweight, high-heat-transfer aluminum construction features a tube-and-fin design that significantly increases the surface area, allowing heat to dissipate more efficiently.
This AA5052 aluminum radiator is approximately 30%–45% more efficient than a stock radiator. It also has a higher coolant capacity, helping the cooling system operate more efficiently and resist temperature surges in racing applications.
Radiator Construction Features
- Made of aircraft-grade AA5052 aluminum for increased strength and corrosion resistance.
- Brazed core technology helps provide dependable cooling performance.
- AA5052 aluminum tanks and fittings are 2 mm thick for improved strength and durability.
- Higher-density core with cooling rows spaced 3/8" apart, providing approximately 25% more rows within the core than many other aluminum radiators.
- 14–16 cooling fins per inch, providing approximately 1,500 more cooling fins than many other aluminum radiators for improved heat dissipation.
