The AA5052 aluminum fan shroud and fan assembly are designed to improve airflow efficiency by directing heat away from the engine compartment.

The fan shroud securely houses the fan blades, improves airflow distribution, and helps maintain stable engine operating temperatures.

Our radiator is made of AA5052 aircraft aluminum, which provides excellent corrosion resistance, reliability, and strength. Compared with commonly used T-3303 aluminum, AA5052 aluminum offers improved durability and long-term performance.

AA5052 aluminum is an Al-Mg alloy widely used in transportation, marine, and industrial applications due to its excellent forming properties, corrosion resistance, and strength.

This AA5052 Aluminum Radiator is designed to provide maximum cooling efficiency and help prevent premature engine failure. Its lightweight construction and high heat transfer capability allow the tube-and-fin design to dissipate heat more efficiently.

This radiator is approximately 30%–45% more efficient than stock radiators and provides increased coolant capacity, helping the cooling system maintain stable temperatures in demanding applications.
