Description
The radiator core is vacuum-brazed without epoxy, and the radiator is 100% TIG-welded. Its high-quality full-aluminum construction provides increased strength and a higher coolant capacity compared with standard OEM units.
This aluminum radiator is designed to provide maximum cooling efficiency and help prevent premature engine failure. Its lightweight, high-heat-transfer aluminum construction features a tube-and-fin design that significantly increases the surface area, allowing heat to dissipate more efficiently.
This aluminum radiator is approximately 35%–45% more efficient than a stock radiator. Its higher coolant capacity helps the cooling system operate more efficiently and resist temperature surges in racing applications.
Radiator Construction Features
- Higher-density core with cooling rows spaced 3/8" apart, providing approximately 25% more rows within the core than many other aluminum radiators.
- 14–16 cooling fins per inch, providing approximately 1,500 more cooling fins than many other aluminum radiators for improved heat dissipation.
